If you weren’t in PR what would you be doing?

Something entrepreneurial — I have always dreamed of creating and owning my own business. The foodie in me would love to be a food stylist or a recipe developer.

Tell us about a career highlight you are proud of.

Going to New York City and pitching travel to New Orleans to editors of big glossy publications.

Or, assisting in the placement of a story about how the Vietnamese shrimping communities in New Orleans are adapting to climate change. The article ended up being the cover story for the November 2019 issue of Saveur Magazine.

Both of these are career accomplishments that I’m proud of.

What’s your favorite sports team?

The New Orleans Saints!

Favorite place to travel?

Italy or Colorado. I love Italian food and skiing.

What do you do for fun outside of the office?

Most of the time I’m practicing or teaching yoga (I’m a yoga teacher outside of my PR work life). I also enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, I spend a lot of time in my kitchen. And of course, eating and drinking at all my favorite spots in New Orleans – whether it’s walking to get a coffee at District Donuts, grabbing my favorite sandwich from Stein’s Deli, or getting drinks with friends at Bouligny Tavern.
