Assistant Account Executive

What was college like for you?

As a first-generation student, college was a struggle for me in the beginning. However, I made an amazing group of friends who were a year above me and they inspired and motivated me a lot. I truly believe that I wouldn’t be in the position that I’m in today if it weren’t for them.

What got you into the business?

Growing up, I always liked to help and be of assistance to people, but I was shy. When I decided to go to college, I wanted to pursue a career that enabled me to help others while being pushed out of my comfort zone. I saw public relations as an opportunity to not only help others, but also help myself grow into the individual I wanted to be.

If you weren’t in PR, what would you be doing?

If I weren’t in PR, I would probably be in the entertainment industry. Growing up, I sang, played many instruments and developed a love for theater.

What do you do for fun outside of the office?

I really love hanging out with friends. Whether it’s a small gathering at someone’s house, going out for brunch/dinner, or taking a trip together, I always enjoy spending time with them.
