Louisiana Nursing Home Association

The Louisiana Nursing Home Association (LNHA) is a nonprofit organization representing and advocating on behalf of more than 250 nursing facilities and assisted living communities that care for approximately 25,000 elderly and disabled individuals each day.

Since 2017, The Ehrhardt Group has partnered with LNHA to combat misinformation about the profession and increase awareness of the high quality, 24/7 care provided in Louisiana’s nursing facilities. LNHA’s award-winning member facilities provide first-rate services and nurturing environments to the state’s most vulnerable population: the elderly and disabled.

The Ehrhardt Group has been instrumental in highlighting the importance of nursing facilities in the continuum of care and working with the client to provide strategic support as they navigate the media landscape across our state. In addition, we work cohesively with staff and leadership of the organization on both internal and external crisis and daily communication efforts with member facilities, residents, residents’ families, the community and media outlets.
