Senior Account Executive

What got you into this business?

I’ve always naturally found it easy to communicate and build relationships with many different types of people. Every job I’ve had since I was 16 has been public-facing, and I’ve learnt to how to strike up a conversation with anyone and everyone and make a connection with them. In PR, I enjoy connecting my clients with an audience that resonates with their message and purpose.

If you weren’t in PR, what would you be doing?

I’ve always had a love for the ocean and marine life, so I think I would be a marine biologist somehow working with dolphins. They’re my favorite animal!

What talent do you wish you had?

For as tall as I am, I do not have any basketball or volleyball skills. When my friends ask me to join their social sports leagues, that talent would be helpful.

Where did you grow up and what was it like?

I grew up in a small town in Frederick, MD, which is located in a valley full of farmland surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains. Then I moved to city life in College Park, MD to attend the University of Maryland. Growing up in the country was idyllic. Everyone knows everyone, the families have been rooted there for generations, and it is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Very similar to life here in Louisiana!

What’s your favorite sports team?

I love the Washington Capitals NHL Team. Go Caps! Since moving to Louisiana though, we get our hockey fix in Baton Rouge – Go Zydeco!
