Galatoire’s Announces Chateau Leoville Las Cases Wine Dinner

NEW ORLEANS Galatoire’s Restaurant is pleased to announce their Chateau Leoville Las Cases Wine Dinner featuring a five-course tasting menu of culinary creations prepared by Galatoire’s Executive Chef Phillip Lopez and tailored to the Leoville Las Cases Wine selection. The dinner will be held at Galatoire’s Restaurant (209 Bourbon Street, New Orleans) on Wednesday, September 27, with a reception at 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. The menu for the evening includes:

Paired: Chateau Potensac Medoc 2015

Torchon de foie gras aux Pommes (foie gras torchon with apples)

muscadine, celery root, hay smoke

Deuxième Cours

Paired: Chateau Nenin Grand Vin Pomerol 2018

Salad de Betteraves (beet salad)

smoked salmon, pistachio, goat cheese

Troisième Cours

Paired: Clos du Marquis Saint Julien 2008

Poulet fumè au thè (tea smoked chicken)

Paired: Chateau Leoville Las Cases 1995 & 2010

Contre-filet de boeuf Wagyu rôti (roasted Wagyu beef strip loin)
