Where did you grow up and what was it like?

I am very lucky to have grown up in New Orleans. The way of life in the city has definitely influenced me as a person.

What got you into PR?

I chose to major in public relations because I loved the idea of communicating important messages to the public.

Who’s had the biggest influence on your career?

I would say that my peers have been the biggest influence on my career so far. When I hear about the achievements of my college classmates, it encourages me to strive in my own career as well. It’s a great feeling to know that we are achieving the goals we set for ourselves in college.

What are some things most people don’t know about you?

I’m Puerto Rican and Spanish. I speak Spanish fluently. I am the only one in my immediate family that did not become a doctor.

What are you most proud of?

I’m incredibly proud of the fact that I graduated cum laude from LSU. When I began college, I set a goal for myself to graduate with honors, so achieving that goal was a great feeling.

What’s a great client moment you want to share?

My favorite client moment so far was securing an interview for the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation on my first day as an account administrator.

What talent do you wish you had?

I wish I was able to speak more languages, specifically Portuguese.
