The Roosevelt Hotel Announces Summer Chef Pop-Up Series at Rooftop Bar
As part of its 125th Anniversary celebration, The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel is welcoming local pop-up chefs to its rooftop deck every Thursday for six weeks from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Taste buds will ignite while the summer sun sets, enticing guests with culinary performances by local chefs, including traditional and vegan options. From creative taco concoctions made with Korean-style chicken to Burmese salads and spicy curry to hot dogs topped with crawfish étouffée, there’s something for everyone. Locals and visitors alike are invited to feast on some of New Orleans best cuisine while enjoying the rooftop view.

May 16 – Chef Mark LaMaire of Lahpet serving Burmese Salads
May 23 – Chef Ericka Lassair of Diva Dawg Food Truck serving hot dogs, wings, fries and more
May 30 – Aperol Night, Celebrating 100 Years of Joy!
June 6 – Chef Melissa Araujo of Araujo Restaurant Group serving Honduras inspired dishes
Access to the chef pop-up series is free and open to the
public. Dish prices range from $5.00 – $15.00.
